Liability Waiver | Rocket Ranch

Each adult over 18 must read an then check each of the following boxes. Required

1. I understand that viewing rocket launches involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury or death.

2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with viewing rocket launches on Rocket Ranch property, including the risk of physical or emotional harm, and release and hold harmless Rocket Ranch, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that I may suffer as a result of my participation in these activities.

3. Additionally, I understand and agree that as a parent or legal guardian, I am responsible for the safety and well-being of any children under my care and supervision during my participation in rocket launch viewing activities on Rocket Ranch property. I will ensure that they are aware of and understand the risks associated with viewing rocket launches and will monitor their safety at all times

4. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Ranch, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in these activities, including any claims made by my family, heirs, or assigns.

5. I certify that I am over the age of 18 and have read and fully understand the terms of this Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.

6. I agree that this Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

7. I accept that the agreement is legally binding and that I have read and understand the terms and conditions contained within this agreement.

8. If any provision or portion of this Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions and portions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified or restricted to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and any such modification or restriction shall apply only to the specific provision or portion held invalid or unenforceable and shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this Agreement.
